Please note the following details regarding your session:

• Session Fee: The session fee covers the photographer's time, expertise, and all necessary resources to deliver a professional experience. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session date.
   

• Digital Images: Images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 1-3 weeks. Please anticipate longer turnaround times from August to December.
   

• Travel & Location Fees: For sessions within a 30km radius of Samford Valley, no travel fee will apply. For locations beyond this distance, a travel fee will be added. Please note that some private locations may incur an extra fee. You will be informed of any such charges at the time of booking should you select one of these locations.
   

• Outdoor Sessions: Natural light sessions will be scheduled during the golden hour—either morning or afternoon—to ensure the best lighting conditions. If weather conditions affect your session, we will contact you to reschedule.
   

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the session date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 1 week of the session date.
   

• Outdoor Hazards: Please be aware of potential hazards in outdoor and rural settings, such as barbed wire fences, uneven terrain, and wildlife. We recommend bringing insect & tick repellent and taking precautions to ensure your safety. Golden Soul Studio is not responsible for hazards outside of the photographer's control.
